Digital Menu Boards
Menus that change as the business changes. Pricing, availability and promotions update from one place and reach every location, so a menu is never out of date and no one is printing posters at eight in the morning.
Menu boards, drive-thru, kiosks, sound and the platform behind them. TRISON designs, installs and runs the digital layer of food and beverage estates, from a single restaurant to a thousand of them across several countries.

Consistency
Running a food and beverage brand across many locations means the same decisions have to land everywhere at once. A price change, a seasonal launch, an item that has run out, a promotion that only applies in one market: each of them has to reach the right screens, in the right language, at the right hour.
Done manually, that work grows with every new site and the brand drifts — one restaurant showing last season's offer, another with a menu that no longer matches the till. Done properly, it is one change made once, and an estate that stays consistent whichever door a guest walks through. That is the part we build.
70%
Share of sales taken through the drive-thru at leading quick-service brands — which makes the lane the single most valuable screen in the estate.

More than digital menus

Menus that change as the business changes. Pricing, availability and promotions update from one place and reach every location, so a menu is never out of date and no one is printing posters at eight in the morning.

Outdoor display, audio and order confirmation built for the lane. Weather-rated hardware, content that adapts to time of day and queue length, and a screen the customer can still read in direct sunlight.

Self-service ordering that shortens the queue at the counter and gives guests time to browse the full menu. Interface design, hardware and integration with the ordering system, delivered as one piece of work.

Licensed music programmed to the brand and to the hour, so a site sounds the same whichever one a guest walks into. Scheduling by location, daypart and season, managed centrally.

Guest connectivity managed as part of the estate rather than left to each site, with a branded landing experience and the option to build a marketing opt-in where local regulation allows it.
Expertise
Screens are the visible part. What decides whether a rollout lands on time is the engineering before it, the deployment during it and the support after it.

01
Multimedia systems require expert guidance for IT and Construction teams on the infrastructure needed for implementation. Our engineering teams provide data, networking and construction plans and drawings, so clients can plan with their own partners around the systems being installed.
02
Rolling out hardware requires the configuration, integration, networking and physical installation of every element in the solution. TRISON provides both remote and on-site deployment services, so a system is commissioned properly for go-live day.

03
All multimedia systems are supported remotely by the TRISON service team, covering standard network administration and troubleshooting. We also provide field support for systems that require hardware upgrades, repairs or replacement.

One restaurant or a thousand, the first conversation is the same: what has to change on screen, how often, and who needs to be able to change it.
